RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For online purchases, returns can be initiated by contacting us HERE. Please note, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only and can only be sent to the email associated with the order. Once your return is approved, please follow the provided instructions to return your items and receive store credit.

All approved return items must meet the following criteria:
● Tags must remain intact and attached to the garment.
● Items must show no signs of wear or washing.
● Items must be free from any damage.

Return shipping labels will be provided and all returns must be shipped back using the label provided by SP5DER.

Please be aware that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Currently, we are unable to offer product exchanges.

Please allow 7-10 calendar days for store credit to be applied to your account. Store credit will be issued once our warehouse completes the quality control and receiving process.

Return Processing Fee – There is a $10 processing fee per return order. This fee will be deducted from your store credit refund.

Exceptions and Ineligible Returns

Select swim suits, swim tops, swim bottoms, underwear, limited edition, collaborations, accessories (i.e. keychains, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Orders of 3 or more of the same item are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

If the return is not received by our warehouse within 14 days, it may be considered ineligible and returned to you.

If an incorrect item is returned or if more items are returned than were approved, Sp5der will send the item back to the customer.

We are unable to accept international returns at this time.

King Spider is not responsible for returns that are lost by the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note, cancellations are NOT guaranteed. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified/adjusted. We cannot switch styles, colors, or sizes.

*IF YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELED WITHOUT REQUEST, UNLESS WE DIRECTLY CONTACT YOU, WE ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO ENSURE ALL INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE. IF YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY, IT HAS BEEN REFUNDED. REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE RETURNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT, DEPENDING ON YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE VIA ORDER CONFIRMATION OR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION; orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday), ready to ship items will ship within 3-5 business days. During peak periods processing times may extend. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. SHIPPING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.


Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground (flat rate) within the US.


International orders are shipped via DHL International. 


All applicable customs duties & taxes are visible at checkout. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

We strongly suggest using Route at checkout for added insurance at a low cost to prevent any shipping mishaps. If you do not utilize package protection with Route, we are not able to assist with your lost package inquiry. No exceptions.

If you checked out with Route and would need to file a package claim, please visit https://claims.route.com/ 

If your order was marked as delivered, Sp5der Worldwide is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims or correspondence with the shipping carrier. If your order was delivered over 30 days ago, we cannot assist with missing package inquiries. No exceptions. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please contact us immediately if your item is defective/damaged. We will require visual evidence of the garment in order to review the damage and try to find a solution. If your order was delivered over 30 days ago, we cannot assist with a damaged inquiry. No exceptions.


Defects are at the discretion of Sp5der Worldwide.

COUNTERFEIT SITES

Beware of the numerous counterfeit Sp5der websites. KINGSPIDER.CO is the only place to get authentic Sp5der pieces. These counterfeit sites will usually misspell Sp5der in the URL (e.g. Sp555der, Sp5ider, etc) or they include apparel words in the name (e.g. sp5der hoodie, sp5der clothing, sp5ider hoodies, etc.). We are unable to assist with any product or customer service issues from orders placed from sites other than KINGSPIDER.CO, this includes resale sites. If you discover you have been tricked by one of these sites, we encourage you to cancel your order and immediately contact your bank to reverse payment.

ITEM LIMIT POLICY

Our item limit policy is in place to ensure equitable distribution of products and maintain availability for all customers. By limiting the quantity of items per order, we aim to discourage excessive bulk purchasing and promote a positive shopping experience for everyone. Upon review, if your order is cancelled, you will receive a notification via email. The email will provide details regarding the cancellation/refund.

MADE TO ORDER LEAD TIMES

When an item requires a lead time, it will be clearly depicted on the product page description. All made to order products will be processed and shipped within or after the stated lead time. Please note that lead times do not include shipping time. 

If you wish to cancel an order containing a made to order item, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Production begins once your order is placed.

PUFF PRINT CARE

Many Sp5der pieces use our exclusive puff print technique. Styles like our OG Web Hoodie, Punk V2 Hoodie, OG Web Sweatshorts, Beluga Hoodie, and Souvenir Hoodies all feature this puff print and require special care. Cracking of all puff print is common, but the recommendations below will extend the life of your puff print pieces.

- Do not dry clean screen/puff-printed garments.
- Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Do not use bleach.
- Machine dry on a gentle cycle.
- Do not use fabric softener on screen-printed garments- fabric softener chemicals can cause cracking or fading in these areas.
- Turn garment inside out to iron and do not use steam.
- When storing garment, avoid folding the puff print.

RHINESTONE CARE

Rhinestones are an important part of Sp5der’s DNA. Styles like our OG Web Hoodie, Atlanta Hoodie, and Rhinestone Trucker all feature rhinestones and below we’ve put together tips to give your rhinestone pieces longevity.

- Spot clean stains as soon as they occur.
- If necessary, hand wash garment with a gentle detergent in cold water.
- Remove excess water and lay flat to dry.
- Avoid using pre-wash sprays such as like stain remove or pre-treatments this can dissolve or remove the rhinestones.
- Turn garment inside out to iron and do not use steam. Avoid ironing over areas with rhinestones as heat can cause stones to loosen.
- For accessories with rhinestones, spot clean only.
